Delete your training account
You can start permanent deletion from the iOS or Android app without contacting your trainer or Root support.

Sign in to the app using the account you want to delete.

Open the Profile tab and select Delete Account.

Enter the signed-in account email when prompted, then confirm deletion.
What deletion does
Deletion signs the account out, revokes its access, disables future sign-in and push notifications, and removes or anonymizes personal profile information. It cannot be undone. Limited transaction, safety, fraud-prevention, or audit records may be retained where required by law or legitimate operational obligations.
Can't access the app?
Email support@rootsoccer.com from the address on the account. We verify ownership before acting. A parent or guardian should contact us about a child profile connected to their account.
